Luther Fisk — AKA The Gasser — possesses the rare ability to intestinally generate lethal concentrations of methane gas. He does this by intentionally ingesting copious amounts of curdled milk, rotten broccoli and maggot-infested meat among other delicacies including raw sewage.
He uses his special talent to rob banks and terrorize pregnant women without ever having to brandish a gun. When he expels toxic anal vapors at his victims, they pass out immediately and remain unconscious for a short time.
In a sinister axis of evil, The Gasser aligns with Blatherskite in the war against The Soothsayer and his ragtag band of vigilantes.
